Management Engineering students from the University of Brescia visited Rubinetterie Bresciane Bonomi at its headquarters in Gussago today. More than sixty students accompanied by Professor Andrea Bacchetti and Marco Ardolino could get a glimpse of corporate life and, more generally, the world of work.  Face to face with production managers, the students experienced an inspiring day inside the company departments, amid innovative machinery and qualified staff. During the day they were able to get to know some of Bonomi Group’s core values: growth of young talents through ad hoc programs, employees’ training through the development of hard and soft skills, creation of customized internal Academies and orientation to the well-being of the employees using several welfare initiatives. The company visit allowed the students to see first-hand how a company works, and it stimulated them to reflect on the future by listening to testimonies of entrepreneurs and employees.
